General Concept
“The World of Hogwarts” is an immersive team building experience where participants become students of a magic school, facing different thematic tests designed to promote cooperation, creativity, strategy and team cohesion.
It is not just an activity, it is a complete staging.
Artistic Team and Direction
We have four professional artists, specialized exclusively in this type of immersive events.
They work with professional characterization and makeup and interpret teachers from the school, maintaining the role throughout the experience.
Each artist leads a themed stop, holding the narrative, energy, and control of the group throughout.
Their experience in group dynamics and corporate interaction events is one of the key factors that guarantee the success of the experience.
Coordination and Production
The general coordination, organization, time management and global supervision of the event is on my part, ensuring fluidity between stops, compliance with deadlines, incident management and integration of the global narrative.
If a fifth additional stop is incorporated, it will be led directly from coordination.
Technical Production and Setting
The experience is enhanced with controlled fire effects, light effects, stage smoke, themed decoration, costume elements, magical props and sound ambience.
All this transforms the space into a completely immersive environment.

Stop: “Guess the Spell” – Pictionary Mágico
- A team member draws a card.
- You have 60 seconds to draw it on a whiteboard.
- The team must guess the exact word.
- Rotate the Artist each turn.
Diagon Alley Stop – “Magic Merchants”
Each team creates and sells an innovative magical product.
- Design a magical object (with basic materials).
- Give it a name.
- Define target audience.
- Prepare a 2-minute pitch.
Then, the other teams receive “magic coins” to invest.
Special Stop: “The Fire Spell”
- Each participant receives an LED wand.
- The team chooses their spell and rehearses the synchronized movement.
- Capes or costume elements are placed for the staging.
- They are all placed in formation in front of the altar or metal tray.
- At the signal of the entertainer, they raise their wands.
- They shout the spell in unison.
- The animator (with flame retardant glove and metal tray) activates the flash paper.
- The controlled flare occurs.
- Simultaneously, everyone turns on their LED wands.
- A photo or video of the moment is captured.
Stop: “The Forbidden Potions Laboratory”
Formulate a potion that fulfills a specific function (examples):
- Potion of Mental Clarity
- Elixir of Cooperation
- Unstoppable Energy Filter
- Creativity Serum
- A scroll with the mission.
- An incomplete recipe.
- An enigma that they must solve to discover hidden proportions or ingredients.
